Quite a bit of British Cycling news this past couple of weeks! They now have a rider diary from me on their website which will keep up with my training over the winter months:
Most of my deals are coming together for 2010, so as soon as I get it all sorted I will do an update on that. In other news this weekend it is the Dirt Bike Show at Stoneleigh, Warwickshire. Alot of Mountain Bike riders will be there chasing their other passion in life, Moto X. I'll be there on Thursday and Friday, so might see you there.
