Well it's been a little while, so I thought I would write an update.
January is nearly over and what a crazy month it has been. The snow here in the UK was pretty bad a couple of weeks ago. Luckily for me my gym is only a 5 minute walk from home so it did not interrupt my training. However it did give me a chance to dust off the sledge and have a couple of days of fun on it and build Henry the Snowman!!
Last weekend we were at Core Bike Show - a trade show for UK shops to go to and order new product for 2010. Rocky Mountain, Fox and Schwalbe were all there so it was a great 3 days for me to catch up with sponsors and discuss plans for 2010.
Rocky Mountain and Fox had my 4X race bikes and 2010 race kit on display in their rooms which was cool and they brought posters along for me to sign and give to their dealers.
Anyway, it's back to training now. Next week I am going to start a preview for 2010, begining with an introduction to my sponsors and the people behind the 2010 campaign.
